2. General information
We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide this website, respond to enquiries, perform pre-contractual or contractual measures, maintain the security of our systems, and—where you have consented—measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
Depending on the processing activity, the legal bases may include Art. 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) GDPR. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
3. Hosting and server logs — Netlify
The planned website is hosted using Netlify. When you access the website, technical information such as IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser/user-agent information, referrer and diagnostic information may be processed to deliver and secure the website. We use hosting for the provision, stability and security of our online presence. Where required, appropriate data-processing and international-transfer safeguards must be maintained with the provider.
4. Contact and enquiry forms — HubSpot
We use HubSpot forms to receive business enquiries. When you submit a form, the information you enter (for example name, business contact details, company and details of your turbomachine or spare-part enquiry) is processed so that we can assess and respond to your request. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns pre-contractual or contractual measures and otherwise on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries efficiently. Data is retained only as long as required for the enquiry and applicable legal retention obligations.
5. Consent and cookie settings
Non-essential advertising and conversion-measurement technologies are disabled until you consent to the “Analytics & conversion measurement” category. Your selection is stored locally in your browser so that the website can remember it. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using “Cookie Settings” in the website footer.
6. Google Analytics 4
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID G-E4M15M18L4) to understand how visitors use this website, including page views, sessions and campaign attribution. Google Analytics is loaded only after you consent to the “Analytics & conversion measurement” category. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, the relevant rules governing access to or storage of information on your terminal device. You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie Settings”.
7. LinkedIn Insight Tag and conversion tracking
With your consent, we use the LinkedIn Insight Tag for advertising measurement, conversion tracking, campaign reporting and related advertising functions. Our implementation uses LinkedIn Partner ID 9009794. When a qualifying enquiry form is successfully submitted, the website may report the event-specific LinkedIn conversion ID 30806658. LinkedIn may use cookies and similar technologies and may process information about your device, browser, page visit and advertising interaction. The legal basis for our use of this marketing technology is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, the relevant rules governing access to or storage of information on your terminal device.
8. OpenAI Ads conversion measurement
With your consent, we use OpenAI Ads conversion measurement to understand whether advertising shown in ChatGPT leads to a business enquiry. The implementation may use the OpenAI Pixel and the OpenAI Conversions API. When available, an OpenAI click reference (“oppref”) contained in the landing-page URL may be retained for attribution. If you submit a qualifying enquiry, a “lead_created” conversion event may be sent to OpenAI. Browser and server-side versions of the same conversion may use the same event ID for deduplication. The legal basis for this marketing measurement is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, the relevant rules governing terminal-device access.
8. International data transfers
Some service providers involved in hosting, CRM/forms or advertising measurement may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we will rely on an applicable adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism as required.
9. Storage periods
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. Consent choices remain stored in your browser until you change them, clear browser storage or the implementation is replaced.
10. Your rights
Subject to the applicable statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
11. Security
We use TLS encryption and appropriate technical and organisational measures intended to protect information transmitted through the website against unauthorised access, alteration or loss.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, service providers, legal requirements or processing activities change. The version published on this page applies.
